Welcoming 2024!

As we bring 2023 to a close and welcome 2024, I am honored to address our remarkable employees and incredible customers, reflecting on the exciting journey we have undertaken over the last twelve months. This past year has been a demonstration of our commitment to excellence, community engagement, and process improvement.

As a testament to our reputation and organic expansion within the industry, our growth trajectory continued upward as we welcomed another top 5 ILEC customer into our fold. Additionally, our Deployment Services division experienced a 20% increase in volumes, while maintaining top-tier quality ratings for all of our valued customers.

In 2023, we reaffirmed our dedication to giving back to our community by forging a meaningful partnership with WeMake, a nonprofit providing employment opportunities for individuals with autism. We are proud to be associated with such an incredible organization, and the initiative underscores our belief in inclusivity and social responsibility.

Our commitment to supporting veterans also continued as we announced our partnership with RecruitMilitary. We remain steadfast in our mission to provide long-term career opportunities for those who have selflessly served our country.

Reaffirming our commitment to environmental and social responsibilities, we successfully completed TL9000 recertification and were awarded Silver status for our sustainability efforts by Ecovadis.

Our physical footprint expanded as well, with the acquisition of an additional 16,000 square feet of space in Edison, NJ, to better serve our customers in our Mid-Atlantic market.

One of our proudest achievements in 2023 was being ranked as the #1 Network Deployment partner for one of our Big Tech clients. This accolade underscores our dedication to delivering outstanding services and exceeding our customers’ expectations on a consistent basis.

Looking ahead to 2024, our vision is firmly rooted in our commitment to quality, integrity, and unsurpassed standards of excellence. Our foremost objective is to maintain our leadership position in network services, building upon our strong foundation and continually striving to be the most trusted partner for our incredible customers.

In 2024 we will expand our long-haul division, leveraging the expertise of our talented teams to enhance logistics, fiber characterization, deployment, and commissioning services.

We will continue our efforts around community engagement, increasing volunteer initiatives and providing our employees with more opportunities to give back to their local communities, furthering our commitment to social responsibility.

Lastly, we will streamline our operations by revamping pricing and procurement processes, expediting estimation and delivery to better serve our valued customers and accommodate continued growth.

As we enter 2024, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated employees and loyal customers. Together, we will continue to make a positive impact, reach new heights, and shape the future of CBM.
